My flatmate will go to the gym and then have for dinner: ready-meal of spaghetti carbonara (those that almost make 2 meals), a piece of Victoria sponge cake and a massive choc chip cookie. I know going to the gym is good as it will increase energy levels, heart rate, etc, but if she eats all of this straight after, I wonder how good it's actually doing her...

'If I am going to do this much work, I at least want a big treat at the end of it'
